RO Water for Boat Detailing

Water spots are what the water leaves behind, not what the soap failed to remove. Tap water carries dissolved minerals, and when a droplet dries on gelcoat, glass or stainless, those minerals stay on the surface. A reverse osmosis rinse removes dissolved solids from the water before it reaches the boat, so a final rinse can be allowed to dry without leaving deposits. For detailers, that removes the chase across a hot hull with drying towels. Reel Clean is bringing a reverse-osmosis detailing system to the marine market.
